Day 16 - Healthy Detox ( 4 March 2021 )


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight decreases 0.2kg and the fat increases by 0.4%.

Weight : 49kg

Body fat : 25.2 %

Body Age : 34

Visceral fat : 3

I guess I eat the overall calorie less than calorie out and because I do clean eating, I retain less water so my weight loss could be from water weight. Let see how it goes in the coming weeks.

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3)

Today is cardio day and I did 10.3 km. My personal target is to reach 100km in total for month of March.


At 12.45 pm, I ate my lunch which is nasi uduk with grilled chicken, baked tofu and tempeh, raw vegetables and chilli and sayur asam.


At 3.45pm, I had a bowl of mix fruits, small portion of mixed nuts and a glass of non sugar soy milk.


At 8.30pm, I had my dinner which is subway roasted chicken breast.


At 10.30pm, I end my day with good night sleep.

It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
