Day 19 - Healthy Detox (7 March 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight decreases and the fat stay the same.

Weight : 48.8kg

Body fat : 24.1 %

Body Age : 33

Visceral fat : 3

After waking up, I drank lemon infused water and my supplements (Calcium, omega3, collagen peptide)

Today is my rest day and coaching day. Even though I do intermittent fasting, I feel that I eat more carbs than usual which is not in the picture.
I ate 3 slices of olive bread in total which is my favourite bread then 1 brioche bun and 1/2 butterfly fritters.

At 12.30 pm, I ate my lunch which is salad with pesto dressing and topped with baked tofu and tempeh.


At 4pm, I had my protein shake, a slice of olive bread and yoghurt parfait.


At 7pm, I had my dinner which is similar with my lunch


At 10.30pm, I end my day with good night sleep.

It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
