Day 2 - Transitional period (4 April 2021)


When I weighed myself this morning, my weight drops and body fats is up.

Weight : 48.3 kg

Body fat : 23.4%

Body Age : 32

Visceral fat : 2.5

Today is my cardio day and I do 11km cycling. I'm aiming to hit 200km this month by cycling.


As Sunday is my rest day and celebration, I eat breakfast which is strawberry blueberry smoothies.

At 12pm, I ate my lunch which is sushi and sashimi.


At 4pm, I had protein shake. As for dinner, I had left over sweet potato quiche from yesterday.



I slept around 11pm and It's a fruitful day and I was able to manage my stress well.
