Day 1 - Intermittent Fasting Diet Cycle 3 (4 May 2021)
I start again the 3rd cycle of Intermittent Fasting Diet, the goal for this time round is to lose visceral fat and lose weight to 48kg but maintain muscles mass.
My goal is to have body weight 48kg, body fat 22% and visceral fat 2.5
My starting point is
Weight : 49.9kg
Body Fat : 23.2%
Body Age : 34
Visceral Fat : 3
This morning I don't eat breakfast and drink only lemon infused water and my supplement.
I do leg workout today and feel tired after half circuit as I am not sleeping well last night and the weather is so humid and hot.
For lunch, I have tuna and salmon spread with olive bread and greek salad.
As snack, I have banana and kolak pisang.
For dinner, I have korean food.
