Day 2 - Intermittent fasting diet cycle 3 (5 May 2021)

For this third cycle, I do 17 - 7 intermittent fasting diet.

Weight : 50.2kg

Body Fat : 22.5%

Body Age : 34

Visceral Fat : 3

This morning I don't eat breakfast and drink only lemon infused water and my supplement.

I do upper body workout.

For lunch, I have pan fried fish with sauteed green salad and olive sourdough bread with salmon spread and a little bit tempe crisps.


As snack, I have protein shake.

In the evening, I am going for jogging almost 7km.


For dinner, I have similar with lunch except olive sourdough bread and salmon spread.
