Day 8 - Intermittent Fasting Diet Cycle 3 ( 12 May 2021)

This morning I don't eat breakfast and drink only lemon infused water and my supplement.

Today I do arm workout at home. For warm up, I do 3 sets of 10 levels stair climbing and sprint run.







For lunch, I have Japanese Bento consists of cold tofu, cha soba, tropical fruit salsa, kimchi and salmon teriyaki.

As for snack, I have protein shake and mix fruits.


Before dinner, I run 7km before dinner with my friends.


For dinner, I have modern dimsum, it's very delicious and I enjoy every bite.
