Day 1 => Weight Loss Program (6 July 2021)

For this weight loss program, my plan is

Exercise : 3x Strength training, 2x HiiT with resistance 

Meal plan : Carb : Protein : Fats (25 : 40 :35 )

Sleep :  6 hours 45 mins

Weight : 49.2kg

Body Fat : 27.1%

Body Age : 36

Visceral fat : 3


I do HiiT with resistance today (1 and 2 kg dumbbells) 
5 rounds of 10 exercises with 40 secs workout and 20 secs rest.





This is my lunch which is around 300 cals
  • Egg omelete with tuna filling
  • Sauteed mushroom and cherry tomato
  • Sauteed brussel sprouts
  • raw almond and seaweed crackers from Atomy


For snack, I make this yoghurt parfait around 230 cals
  • Chia seeds 
  • Greek plain yoghurt
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Granola cereals



For dinner, it's similar with lunch but I add one more portion of egg and pomelo fruits as dessert.
And nutrilite protein powder, total is 400 cals

Total calories in is around 1000 cals.
